We recently stayed at this hotel and were amazed by the luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & Wellness centre was well-maintained with a huge variety of exclusive treatments, including body wraps and massages. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room, and also spent some time relaxing by the heated swimming pool and on the sun terrace. the staff provided excellent service, and the bar had a nice atmosphere with live entertainment.
Although we had a great stay, there was one minor issue that we encountered. the public bath was not as clean as we would have expected.

The hotel facilities were excellent, offering a range of treatments and a great pool area with saunas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, with nice touches like complementary fruit and chocolate on the pillows. The location was convenient, close to the main shopping area and restaurants.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and luxurious amenities. the spacious rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, and I especially liked the variety of pillow options available. the location of the hotel, at the end of the spa promenade, provided a peaceful and quiet environment. Additionally, the hotel's spa offered a wide range of treatments and procedures, allowing me to fully relax and indulge during my stay.
There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. the check-in process was not smooth, and there seemed to be some miscommunication about luggage handling.
